Shipping & Handling

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of your order and shipped the next day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

The delivery time is about 6-8 working days depending on the destination country. It also depends on the supplier, your location and customs control. We will do our best to make sure your order will be delivered on time.

Please make sure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivery.

How can I track my order?

After your order is shipped, we will send your tracking information by email. Normally, you will receive the tracking number the day after the shipment. If nothing is received, please contact us by email: support@cozybreezy.com You can track your order here.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

When will I receive tracking information?

Once your order is prepared and packed, we will send you the tracking number via email.

Which courier companies do you work with?

We work with international carriers to provide high quality transportation in accordance with our transportation policy. We also work with third party express services. After your package arrives in your country/region, the appropriate country/region post office is responsible for delivery.

I did not manage to pick up my item.

The main goal of our company is to satisfy our customers. If a package is refused by the customer or not picked up by the post office and the order is returned, we will cover the above shipping costs. Please bring your products in time to avoid further charges.
