We sincerely hope that you will have a memorable shopping experience and enjoy your Cozybreezy products. It is the buyer’s responsibility to choose a quality product to ensure a satisfactory purchase.
We also understand that sometimes we will not be able to meet all of your expectations. Therefore, we accept returns and offer exchanges and refunds so that you can continue to enjoy your purchase with us.
You have the right to return or exchange any product within 10 days of receipt. All items must be in new, unused condition and accompanied by the original proof of purchase in order for us to accept the return (Please be assured that we unconditionally accept any return request from our customers under any circumstances).
Except in the following cases:
- Damaged / defective item
- Items that are dirty or have been used
- Item altered
- Items not in original packaging
- Items described in this exception list will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Return policy expires 10 days after final delivery. Please do not request a return, exchange or refund after 10 days as we are unable to provide them.
Please note that we specialize in email correspondence for all business related to orders. Please do not request a return or refund via Facebook, Instagram or any other social media.

Refunds and returns are not a problem at Cozybreezy. You will not encounter any obstacles as we work hard to keep our customers happy and satisfied.
If you want to return an item, please contact us at the email address: support@cozybreezy.com . Include the order number and the reason for the return. Once we receive your return request, we will usually contact you via email within 12-24 hours to take the next steps.
When you are ready to ship your return, please use the shipping address provided in our email to process your package. Make sure the order number is clearly printed on the shipping label and ship all products including free items. Return your package using a trackable and insured shipping method. Keep your shipping receipt until you receive your refund.
If you return the entire order, you will receive a full refund. If you return part of the order, only the corresponding part of the total amount will be refunded.(You will receive a refund within 3-10 business days).

Yes, you can exchange items within 10 days of receipt. Please contact us: support@cozybreezy.com include your personal information, the product you received and the product you want. We will process your exchange immediately after receiving your information.

If you receive a defective item, you are entitled to receive a replacement product depending on the availability of the item. If the item is no longer available, you will receive a full refund for the item. (If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service support@cozybreezy.com first and provide us with relevant pictures or evidence so that we can provide you with a perfect solution).

We would like to ask you to leave the packaging of the following items unopened or sealed if you wish to return them:
- Adhesive bras
- Fine pantyhose and stockings
- Panties and underpants

If you have successfully cancelled your order, you will receive a credit to your debit card, credit card or PayPal account within 3 to 10 business days. (The money will be refunded in the same way).

You can place an order and add or select a different shipping address. Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping. But if you want to prepare gifts for friends or relatives, you can choose Cozybreezy. You know, when an anonymous package arrives, it’s more of a surprise and heartfelt.
